A Year of Meaning is an intimate, year-long experience for 6 women who are ready to slow down, deepen self-trust, and strengthen the foundation of their lives—personally, emotionally, and spiritually.

 

This small-group journey blends monthly group gatherings with dedicated one-on-one support, offering both the power of community and the depth of personalized care. Each month includes an intentional group session alongside a private 1:1 session designed to meet you exactly where you are and support your growth in real time.

 

Throughout the year, we gather for four nourishing sauna retreats, guided tarot readings, lively celebrations and thoughtfully hosted experiences that prioritize comfort, connection, and presence. Expect cozy, welcoming spaces, meaningful conversation, beautiful food and drinks, and a sense of being truly held.

 

A Year of Meaning is about self-love in action—being witnessed, supported, and gently challenged as you create a life rooted in clarity, wholeness, and deeper meaning.
