3. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

When scheduling a session, you agree to provide accurate information and honor the policies outlined during booking.

Payments:
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please reschedule or cancel within the timeframe specified on the booking page.


Late cancellations, missed sessions, or last-minute changes may be subject to a fee.

Soul Space Work reserves the right to reschedule or decline services if needed due to emergencies, illness, or unexpected circumstances.

4. No Guarantees

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-moving process. While Sarah offers experience, tools, and guidance, no specific results can be guaranteed. You acknowledge that your progress depends on your choices, effort, and circumstances.

5. Client Conduct

This space is built on warmth and respect.


Harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior toward Sarah or any participant in a group offering will not be tolerated. Soul Space Work may discontinue services at any time if boundaries or safety are violated.

6. Confidentiality

Sessions are held with care and discretion.
Information shared in coaching is kept confidential except in cases where:

  • You provide permission to share

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • There is risk of harm to yourself or others

In workshops or group settings, confidentiality is a shared responsibility among all participants.

7. Testimonials & Shared Experiences

If you choose to offer a testimonial or share feedback, you grant Soul Space Work permission to use your words (and first name, only if you consent) for marketing or promotional purposes.


Your personal details will never be shared without explicit permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All programs, written materials, session frameworks, guides, and resources provided by Soul Space Work remain the intellectual property of the business.
