"As a small business owner, I began working with Sarah to help me better define my role and responsibilities, to create more order in my workload, and to function at a higher capacity. She offered clarity from the outside and helped me create a path toward positive changes in both my work and personal life. Sarah has the incredible gift of clearly seeing your story. Her interaction with me has shifted as-needed from coach and mentor, to boss, to peer, to friend. Working with Sarah has been a worthwhile investment in myself and my future!"

She was extremely respectful [of many diverse thinkers], inclusive of all...
"Our school district engaged Ms. Smith Warren's services for strategic planning last spring. She took time to consult with district leadership regarding outcomes, anticipated needs and cultural nuances regarding a very comprehensive planning process. We had many diverse thinkers in the room, positioned with many different priorities. She was extremely respectful of this, inclusive of all and created a climate where these differences created a stronger final product, embraced by all who participated."
